Kitchen
The Kitchen is a good size with a
good area of work surface. There
is a fridge / freezer, four ring
Induction hob with extractor fan
above, electric fan oven below,
built in full size dishwasher,
worktop microwave, toaster,
kettle, one and a half basin sink
with draining board. All the
kitchen utensiles, cutlery and
crockery is provided, as is
kitchen linen.
At the other end of the kitchen is
a small table and four chairs plus
further cupboards and storage
containing cleaning equipment,
ironing board and television!

The Master bedroom has a
King size double bed, built
in wardbobes and a
television. It has an en-suite
shower room & WC.

This bedroom has a King
size double bed which can
be split to give two single
beds. Wardrobe, chest of

• All bedding is cotton or percale with non feather pillows and quilt.
• The space to the left of the bed is 30cm wide widening to 140cm.
• The space to the right of the bed is 115cm.
• The space to the bottom of the bed is 53cm.
• The main room light has a switch at the left of the door.
• There are separate lamps available by each side of the bed and a further light by the dressing
table.
• There is a 26” wall mounted widescreen TV, DVD player and Sky Freeview box all with remote
controls on / above a chest of drawers. There is an alarm clock on the 3 drawer bedside cabinet.
• Additional pillows and quilt are available and can be found in the wardrobes.

• Access to the shower room requires passing the bottom of the bed with a space of 53cm.
• Door 78cm wide x 194cm high - hinged on the left
• The toilet seat is 44cm high - the space (as you are sitting on it) to the right is404cm,to the left
is 64cm and the space in front of the toilet is 40cm.
• The wash hand basin height is 85cm.
• The shower access involves going past the front of the toilet

• The access drive to the bungalow is situated immediately opposite
Woodmead Car Park in Hill Road and there are 2 parking spaces
immediately outside the bungalow. The garage at the bungalow is
not available for parking.
