Arrival & Car Parking Facilities • The access drive to the bungalow is situated immediately opposite Woodmead Car Park in Hill Road and there are 2 parking spaces immediately outside the bungalow. The garage at the bungalow is not available for parking. Garage at side of bungalow (not available for parking car in) • The garage has double opening doors at front and single door at rear. Front access is level and rear door has raised threshold and a step down to outside. • There is a washing machine/tumbler dryer at rear or garage and large sink for washing/cleaning (including BBQ). • Used as a playroom it has table football, drawing equipment and table, chalk board and board games. Self-Catering Kitchen - Access Statement • The kitchen has 1 door – hinged to the left and accessed from the entrance hall. • Door 78cm wide x 194cm high - hinged on the left. • There is a fire blanket at 130cm high on the wall between the fridge freezer and kitchen door. • The boiler electrical power switch is at 104cm high to the right of the boiler cupboard. • The boiler with integral timer/programmer is in the wall cupboard to the right of the kitchen sink. It is a combination boiler and provides hot water and heating. • To the left of the door is an ‘L’ shaped kitchen area with Fridge/Freezer, Oven/Hob/ Cookerhood, sink and dishwasher. The work surface is 91cm high and 60cm deep. The sink and induction hob are also at 91cm high. Above the hob is an extractor unit within the cooker hood. A microwave is also available on the opposite cupboard worktop. On the right hand side of the kitchen there are additional storage cupboards and worktop at 91cm high. • Catering standard crockery is provided in the cupboards above and beneath the work surfaces. Glasses and cups etc are in the wall cupboards. • The electric oven is accessed from the front. The grill is within the main oven with variable high shelves within the oven (all below worktop level of 91cm).
