Bowercroft is a modern bungalow
built in 2007 but has a cosy home
feel about it. The easy to maintain
nature of the building ensures it
always looks at its best. It is warm
in the winter and enjoys the sun on
the rear patio and elevation in the
summer. Free Wi-Fi.
You are able to park your car
adjacent to the front door and
unload. Then leave it there for the
whole holiday. You can easily walk
to everywhere in Lyme if you don’t
want to use the car and don’t have
too much to carry! We now have
Free EV charging at Bowercroft.
Having three bedrooms gives great
flexibility whether having the luxury
of just two people in the master
king size bedded room with the en-
suite shower room or, making use
of the bunk beds arrangement,
easily sleeping six people. The
second double bedroom has a king
size bed which can be unzipped to
provide two single beds if
preferred.
The separate kitchen is adjacent to
the open plan lounge with dining
area leading to the patio garden
through French doors.
The patio garden is small and
although it doesn’t have a view it is
south facing. The sunshine and
privacy enables quiet relaxation
away from the hustle and bustle of
the beach and shops when
wanted!
There is a fixed barbecue and a
Webber moveable barbecue for
your use. So keen BBQers can
really show off their barbecuing
skills while the others are
pampered with a glass of wine.
The garage is a playroom. It
cannot be used for a car.
